Overview/Objective The Project Manager represents the NFL's in-house Creative team and Brand Experience group as they imagine and bring to life all branded experiences for the League on a global scale. This is a high-energy/high-impact position that requires a level-headed and dependable person, who is driven to succeed and attain the highest results. The range of work includes key events such as the NFL Combine, NFL Draft, Hall of Fame Game, Kickoff, International Games, Super Bowl Dcor and events (NFL Honors, NFL HOUSE), and the Annual Meeting. The Project Manager works collaboratively across the creative team, ensuring art directors, designers, photographers, and video/production artists are moving the creative development along according to schedule and budget. The PM has a vital role in cross-organization collaboration to obtain all needed elements of a project; similarly, they work with external vendors to produce and deliver the various creative needs. Responsibilities Oversee each project from inception through delivery, often simultaneously managing several projects/priorities all at various stages of the creative development process Be an active member of a high-caliber team alongside Art Directors and Designers who will identify, create, and produce collateral for the organization and its tentpole events Facilitate the routing of creative deliverables across the NFL and potentially to external stakeholders Provide critical attention to developing timelines, maintaining budgets, identifying and escalating project roadblocks, and ensuring flawless delivery of all projects Create trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, which are not limited to vendors, League commercial partners, and any personnel from our clubs Manage external vendors/partners/agencies who are responsible for producing/installing creative elements in environments Candidate may also hire external design agencies (when appropriate) as well as print/install vendors charged with bringing your team's creative visions to life Required Qualifications 3+ years' experience from an agency or in-house creative department Fluency in both graphic design and production terminology, and be able to translate that information to the client to help them understand the creative process, achieve their goals, and meet key deadlines Strong communication (written & oral), and presentation skills with technical proficiency Excellent project management process and methodology with effective time management skills Experience producing print campaigns, commercials, style guides, photo shoots, websites, email campaigns, pop-up displays, environmental design, publishing ventures, credential systems, team identity, and logo development Proficiency using project management software (Adobe Workfront), as well as Adobe Suites, and Microsoft Teams Other Key Attributes / Characteristics Applicant must be creative, flexible, and an enthusiastic professional who demonstrates initiative. Manage project expectations with regular frequency, client relations, vendor negotiations, and internal feedback A proactive attitude and the ability to take the initiative are essential Outstanding problem-solving/analytic capabilities and detail-oriented Basic understanding of the NFL and the sport of football terminology Physical Demands This role includes time spent on-site at live events and may require physicality, including lifting/moving heavy objects, extended periods outdoors in inclement weather, and other manual labor. It may also require late nights/early mornings in the lead up to an event going live. Travel Event Travel - up to 30% (including weekends and holidays) Terms / Expected Hours of Work 40 hours/week + overtime. Weekend work will be required around event time. The individual selected for this role will be an employee of that third-party agency and not the NFL. All compensation, benefits, and other terms and conditions of employment are handled by the agency.
